Life consists of material (matter & energy) as well as non-material parts (information). We look at the nature of information, machines and programs in writing systems, computer systems, and living systems. Each system requires an intelligent mind and a design, and therefore an intelligent designer – God.
About the Presenter
Dr. Heinz Lycklama served as Chairman of the Missions Committee at First Baptist Church Arlington for 10 years. Heinz is President of the Apologetics Forum of Snohomish County. He teaches SS classes and Bible Studies and speaks on Apologetics topics in venues overseas as well as in North America.
About the Organization
The Apologetics Forum of Snohomish County is dedicated to equipping believers in the defense of the faith. Through monthly meetings, guest speakers, videos and evidence-based resources, the forum helps Christians in the Snohomish County area answer the questions skeptics raise — covering science, creation, history and biblical reliability.
