Share what God has taught you — and equip the church for the harvest.

Seminars are where Missions Fest gets practical: one hour, a room of people who came specifically for your topic, and time for real questions. We’re looking for sessions that excite, inform and equip believers to be active in missions — here, near and far — in keeping with this year’s theme, Called to Make a Difference.

How to apply

Three steps, one online form.

Seminars are selected on how many applications we receive, how well a proposal fits our theme and goals, and the balance of content across the program. Make your title and description vivid — most people pick seminars from what’s written in the program.

Complete the online application

Title, summary, presenter details and your preferred session. You may submit up to three proposals.

Sign the Statement of Faith

The presenter and any co-presenter sign and date the Missions Fest Statement of Faith — it’s built into the online form. Can’t use the online form? Email Suzi and she’ll send it in another format.

What presenting looks like on the day.

TimingOne hour, including questionsLeave 10–15 minutes for discussion — people remember more when they interact. Please clear the room promptly for the next presenter; conversations can continue in the hall.
ArrivalArrive an hour before your seminarSign in, pick up your room assignment and materials, and get comfortable with your room. We’d love you to stay for the rest of the conference, too.
EquipmentBring your own laptop, projector and extension cordRooms have a screen or projectable wall. Borrowed equipment could be requested by August 15 — if you still have a need, email Suzi right away.
HandoutsPrint for about 25 peopleBrief handouts are highly encouraged and are the presenter’s responsibility — copying isn’t available on site, so print in advance.
Help in the roomBring your own host if you canA friend, family member or colleague to hand out materials, watch the clock and collect evaluation forms. A few tech volunteers float between rooms; check at the Seminar/Exhibitor table in the foyer.
RecordingSeminars are recordedRecordings are kept solely for Missions Fest’s legal protection and are never reproduced or distributed. Questions or concerns — just ask.
