Three things get your booth reserved.

Booth sizes, fees and application deadlines are all listed on the online application. Please send everything below — the list is finalized and firm commitments go out to the ministries selected as soon as possible afterwards.

What happens next

From application to opening night.

We aim for a broad base of exhibitors rather than a concentration of any one kind of ministry — agencies active in local, national and international missions.

Apply onlineAs early as possible — booths sell out quickly. Early-bird pricing ended May 31, 2026.
List finalized — end of JuneFirm commitments are extended to the ministries selected as soon thereafter as possible.
Booth details — SeptemberBooth assignment, set-up schedule and logistics are emailed to confirmed exhibitors.
October 16–17 — Missions FestExhibit hall open Friday 4:00–9:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am–4:30 pm at Eastside Church, Bothell.

Lead a Friday Field Trip workshop

Missions Fest hosts a four-hour mission conference for students in grades 4–12 on Friday, October 16, 9:30 am–1:30 pm. Present a 35-minute workshop for them.
