Managing Mission Team Conflict
The odds of facing mission team conflict are somewhat elevated if the team leader has not taken steps to avoid situations of conflict. This session will deal with people, places, and things that may affect the success of a trip. As long as supply lasts, participants will be given a flash drive of all evaluation forms presented in the session.

Executive Director of Health Teams International Canada. Leader/co-leader of more than 30 STM trips. Speaker at more than 20 STM conferences. Retired university professor. Published author of three educational textbooks.
About the Organization
Health Teams International, founded in 1986, sends short-term Christian healthcare teams to assist “in the evangelization of the unreached people groups of the world.” Volunteer medical and dental teams serve alongside local partners in places such as Cambodia, Romania, Uganda, Honduras, Kenya and Nepal, offering care in Jesus’ name where medical help is scarce.
