General Donations, Sponsoring Church donations, Exhibitor Booth Fees, and Advertiser fees can be made on this page.

Missions Fest Seattle (MFS) does not charge any fees to attend the conference. While we receive support from sponsoring churches and exhibitors, individual donations provide a significant portion of the ministry’s annual funding.

Highlights from our October 2025 conference:

Nearly 900 attendees for the general sessions
From 89 towns and cities
Representing 219 churches across the greater Puget Sound region
Attended 65 exhibits and 55 seminars.
75 pastors participated in an all-day Evangelism Summit workshop.
Over 225 students (grades 4–12) joined the Friday Field Trip visiting exhibitors and participating in seminars

In accordance with IRS regulations, tax-deductible gifts are made with the understanding that Missions Fest Seattle (MFS) will administer and disburse these funds under the supervision of the Board of Directors consistent with the non-profit objectives of the organization. Spending of funds is limited to MFS approved programs and projects. Each contribution directed toward an approved program or project will be used as restricted with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by MFS, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed.
