Donations and payment of Exhibitor Booth Fees can be made on this page. Exhibitors, please send us a copy of your fee receipt along with your application.

 

Missions Fest Seattle (MFS) does not charge any fees to attend the conference. Although MFS receives some financial support from our sponsoring churches and exhibitors, donations from individuals cover a significant part of the ministry. At our conference last year (November 2023), we impacted over 900 individuals from 171 churches in 65 communities in the greater Puget Sound region. Thank you for supporting Missions Fest Seattle in our efforts to help individuals, churches, and agencies reach more people around the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

In accordance with IRS regulations, tax-deductible gifts are made with the understanding that Missions Fest Seattle (MFS) will administer and disburse these funds under the supervision of the Board of Directors consistent with the non-profit objectives of the organization. Spending of funds is limited to MFS approved programs and projects. Each contribution directed toward an approved program or project will be used as restricted with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by MFS, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed.
