A number of years ago, Fuller Youth Institute decided to address this concern. They surveyed churches all across the country to find out what worked and what didn’t and came up with some key findings which were put into a book called, “Growing Young – 6 Essential Strategies to Help Young People Discover and Love Your Church.” We are inviting you to attend one of the six free breakfast/lunches to learn more about these essentials. A copy of the book will be given to each church attending along with some information regarding our upcoming Missions Fest Seattle conference on October 13-14 at Westminster Chapel.

Our speaker for these events is Keegan Lenker, one of the presenters for Fuller Youth Institute. He will be sharing with us about this study, the discoveries they made, and resources available for local churches.

Keegan is the Lead Pastor of Gig Harbor Church of the Nazarene and comes with the following prior experience:

  • Pastor of Intergenerational Discipleship at the First Church of the Nazarene in Pasadena, CA for two years.
  • Pastor to Student Ministries at First Church of the Nazarene in Pasadena for six years.
  • Youth Pastor at Gateway Nazarene Church in Murrieta, CA for five years.

We look forward to seeing you at one of these free events. We believe you will be blessed and encouraged.
